Shipping Information

Hannah’s Kittens are specially made of the highest quality imported faux furs from France. Because our plush kittens are made of such exquisite materials, and created with many time-consuming, handmade details, it naturally takes awhile for each shipment to arrive in the U.S. If a shipment is not currently in stock, you may preorder to insure that you will be guaranteed an item(s) as soon as they arrive. Since we are currently ordering in quantities of only 1,000 sets of kittens worldwide, you may want to preorder and reserve your set. Of course, you will not be charged until our beautiful kittens have been shipped directly to you.

When we ship any Hannah’s Kittens products, we do not mark up the shipping rates. What the carrier charges us, we charge you. We strive to ship your products in the most cost-effective, reliable way possible. Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping options you select at checkout, the number of products you’re purchasing and the distance they’re being shipped. Rates may or may not include fees associated with certain destinations (for example, non-continental U.S. destinations). Like most businesses, we cannot ship on weekends or holidays. Delivery estimates are calculated on business days and do not include weekends or holidays. Our shipping cutoff is 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after our shipping cutoff time typically ship the following business day provided that the items are in stock.

We typically prefer to use the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our standard shipping method, because we have found that they are the most reasonably priced for our customers. UPS Ground is available during checkout as well. USPS Priority Mail is generally cheaper than UPS for most of the items that we ship. Packing and shipping insurance costs are included.

USPS Priority Mail shipments are usually delivered within 2-3 days from the time of shipment. UPS Ground shipments are usually delivered within 5-7 business days from the time of shipment. Please keep in mind that these shipping times are estimates and are calculated from the time the shipment leaves our premises in California. Shipping times will vary depending on your shipping method, location and the availability of products in your order.

UPS Ground tracking is updated more frequently than USPS Priority Mail tracking in most cases. If tracking a package during shipment is going to be a concern, we recommend selecting the UPS Ground shipping option during checkout.

UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Saver options are available during checkout. U.S. Postal Service “Express Mail” is available as well, and usually costs less. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. UPS Standard is available for orders shipping to Canada. You will be responsible for any and all duties, taxes and other charges that may be applied by Customs. We have no way of knowing what, if any, duties, taxes or other charges may be applied.
