1) When will Hannah’s Kittens arrive? We expect the first shipment to arrive in spring of 2009, hopefully early March. Since the first shipment will be limited to a quantity of 1,000, we suggest you place your order soon to assure that you will be guaranteed a set.
2) Are they only sold in a set? Yes, our first set of three lavish kittens (Daisy, Violet & Sweet Pea) come all together in a fancy basket, packaged in a beautiful hat box. In the future, some kittens may be sold separately (watch for our Princess Kittens to come out next year!)
3) What about their name tags? Their heart-shaped name tags will come in a set of three and have each kitty’s name engraved. These tags will be age graded 8+, and girls can put them on Hannah’s Kittens, or wear them on their own necklaces or charm bracelets. We’re selling these tags separately just to be super safe and keep them out of the hands of younger girls (who may tend to put things in their mouths.) Note: Each kitten has her name embroidered on one back paw, and “HK” on the other. The Hannah’s Kittens logo is also embroidered on the interior of the kittens’ basket.
4) Will there be other products? Absolutely! Princess Kittens and Jungle Kittens will soon be following! Also, watch for all sorts of cute accessories for Hannah’s Kittens – brushes, blankets, crowns, clothes, and other fancy things. If you’d like to send us your email, you’ll be one of the first people to know when new products are arriving.
5) Who is Hannah? Hannah is a teen living in California who has loved kittens ever since she was a tiny girl. She’s been very involved in creating these perfect kitties, and she can’t wait to share them with other little girls around the world. Please see “Our Story” page, and click on the link at the bottom of that page to see a picture of Hannah today.
6) Why are these kittens so special? Hannah’s Kittens are like no other kittens every created. They are made of the softest, softest faux furs being made in Europe. They are then handmade with many high-quality, time-consuming details – such as hand shaving at the bottoms of the legs to create the paws, and again between the eyes. Other stuffed animals usually have a lower-pile fabric used to create the paws. Also, Hannah’s Kittens have been fashioned after 4 – 5 week old baby kittens, so they have a weight and proportion more like real baby kittens. Hannah’s Kittens are simply the fanciest, most beautiful plush kittens anyone has ever made. Naturally, they are very expensive to manufacture, and once you see them for yourself, you’ll realize they’re worth every penny.
7) What do little girls think about Hannah’s Kittens? When girls first see our basket of kittens, they gasp, their mouths drop open, and they pretty much squeal in delight. Like we said, these kittens are the fanciest ever made. Girls absolutely love them!
8) What about toy safety? Our toy safety standards are some of the highest in the industry. We not only have our products tested abroad, we also go to the added expense of testing in U.S. labs. We even have our products taken apart to test internal materials. This extra safety step is above and beyond standard testing procedures. At Hannah’s Kittens, we want to make absolutely sure that our products are completely safe when used properly.
